Menu problem under IE 7 1024 x 768

If you go to http://www.3genergi.co.uk in IE 7 at resolution 1024x768 you will notice that my menu is actually stepping into the main content of the page . This in turn means the site is not operable properly under this setting.Please can you offer some advice as to why this is happening, almost...
