Website Doesn't Display Correctly in Firefox & IE7

If your page doesn't look correct in either IE or firefox you've got huge problems in your code. Is it the fact that you css isn't applying correctly? If so then your code to connect the css to it is messed up, or you unknowingly have some internal css telling it to do otherwise. Fill me in, and I can better help you.
