Javascript Dropdown: problem in diff browers

Hi All,I am fairly new at building websites, and I am having a problem with javascript drop downs in different browsers. The coding works fine in Mozilla and Safari, but internet explorer either wont show the dropdowns, or they will disapear when the browser window is expanded to the full width...
