UDM4 Upgrade Problem

Hello,

Back in 2006 I purchased UDM4 6 license package. The license included "Free mid-version updates" and support.

Here is my purchase invoice info:

Total: £131.94 (GBP)

I would like to upgrade the menus to the latest version, however, the download page of the menu (http://www.udm4.com/licensing/download/) asks for a license key, which I do not have.

I tried to ask this question through the contact form at: http://www.udm4.com/contact/ but I received no response. Can someone here please assist me with getting a license for the upgrade.

Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, but Brandon should eventually get in touch with you. Just have a little patience.

I'm just guessing at this, but I believe the reference number in your post may be the license key. Did you try that? Just so you know, if that works as a license key, you'll want to edit that out of your post (or we can do it for you).
