We have 12,500 registered users on our site and are still trying to figure out how to make $$$ with the site. Any ideas?

You could use google adsense, although I'm sure you already are...? You could switch to receive payments for ad's displayed, instead of clicked if you are getting a very low click rate on your ad's. You could offer a membership with benefits. Many things, but what's your site? If I saw it I may better be able to give you ideas.
